Big Rules, Big Punishments

Any person or persons caught not following the code of rules set forth by Forumotion WILL be permanently banned without warning.

These things, if found on this site, will result in permanent ban of the user(s) involved. As well as immediate shut down of this site, if found by members of Forumotion Staff.

1. Explicitly sexual and/or pornographic content: Please keep things like these as vague as possible. It would be best if we all could totally refrain but what's Air Gear without the good stuff?
2. Hateful or abusive content: Don't be a troll. No one likes trolls.
3. Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person: Don't lie about people and spread malicious rumors that falsely damage a persons rep.
4. Sale or exchange of medication that requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner, or medicines without prescription / drugs and any other illicit substance: 'Nuff said.
5. Copyright infringement / hacking: Plagiarism is wrong on so many levels and disgraceful to members of the novelist community. This site is a novelist community; we're writing our own stories.
6. Spam / phishing and / or malware website: Don't spam. (See Role Play Guidelines, Rule 9) Don't ask for or give out sensitive information like passwords or full real names. Please report anyone who asks for this type of information immediately. Hackers will be handled effectively and Immediately. Hackers who attempt to jeopardize the welfare of this site shall suffer from the balance of equivalent exchange. In short: "An eye for an eye."
7. Credit card fraud: Though this site does not use actual currency, don't use credit information that isn't yours. It makes you a douche and could lead to rather unfortunate legal situations.

One more tidbit you're going to need.

The Administrative Staff's (Moderators included) word is law. Failure to conform or refusal of disciplinary or preventive measure will result in punishment. Ex: Temporary/Permanent Banning.
